The High Speed Packing Equipment Solution:

A 2-EZ^® HS was integrated with a 3-man pack station, product labeler, product and case lane diverters and a TBS-100FC case sealer

Labor was reduced from 5 to 3 operators and they are packing 30 cases per minute
A label is blown onto the front of the product before being diverted and presented to 3 operators for case packing.
The 3 filled cases then enter a TBS-100FC for sealing with tape.
