Tall, Square boxes for heavy gas filled pressure tanks

The Challenge:

Provide a double bottom seal when loading heavy product.  Close specially shaped top flaps that are used as handles.

The Pressure Tank Packaging Solution:

• Provide pressure tank packaging equipment that runs 40 cpm
• Cases are erected and bottom sealed with glue by customer's existing case erector.  The gas tank packing equipment adds support to the bottom of case by tape sealing.
