An agricultural chemical company, which produces an extensive line of products, needed to improve production efficiency in their packaging process. Our solution was a pick and pack system with palletizing robots that handles numerous products and varied case sizes at the top speed of 12 cases per minute/per line.

This system uses Combi Alphapack and Place Case Packers with integrated case erectors. It also includes a robotic palletizer, using a Fanuc M-410 robot.
