The Ergopack hand packing station, semi-automatic and fully automatic (with robot) end-of-line packaging systems are just a few Combi options. Combi continues to add to the Ergopack line, with new offerings such as sanitary washdown units and case packers with barriers for social distancing.

Ergopack Hand Packing Stations

Combi’s Ergopack can increase productivity up to 30 percent over manual case packing. The Ergopack also reduces physical stressors associated with manual hand packing, which can lower worker’s compensation costs.

• The Ergopack Hand Packing Station raised the standard for hand packing productivity by combining a case erector, hand pack station and a sealer into a compact, cost-effective workcell.
• The Combi High Speed Hand Packing Station utilizes the capabilities of a Combi high-speed case erector. A variety of product sizes, shapes, weights and materials can be packed in a larger range of case sizes at speeds up to 30 cases per minute.
• The Sanitary Ergopack Hand Packing Station is a first in the industry – a hand packing station helping food manufacturers and pharmaceutical manufacturers, among others, meet the highest levels of hygiene and safety. The Sanitary Ergopack design minimizes potential areas where microorganisms might gather.
